Our beef is carefully sourced from the different prefectures of Japan and flown chilled straight to our meat shop, resulting in unparalleled taste, texture, and quality Wagyu. Our company is the only authorised distributor of Japanese Wagyu products in the country, and we pride ourselves on our partnership with the Japanese Government. With thecattle’s 10 digit serial number, all our beef products can be traced back to the farm from where the cattle was raised up to its breeding lineage.
Our pork is raised locally in various organic farms to preserve its clean taste and flavour. The free range hogs are left to grow up to their optimal weight and size. You will not find a better tasting chashu or any other pork dish anywhere.
We do not freeze our products to maintain freshness and flavour to provide the best Wagyu experience for our customers. You can opt to dine in our restaurant, or choose to purchase our products from our display chiller to prepare at home.
